• Pets who do not have proof of a current rabies vaccine presented at the time of the surgery will be vaccinated at the owner's cost.  It is the owner's responsibility to provide this proof.  No refunds will be given.

• Pets must not have eaten anything within the last 8 hours.  A small amount of water is ok.  Pets who have eaten will be rescheduled.

• Pets who arrive with fleas or ticks will be treated at the owner's cost.

​​

• Pets who are over 7 years old will require blood work before their procedure at the owner's expense.  Shelters and low-cost programs do not cover this.

​​

• All charges are due in full at the time services are rendered.  Shelters and low cost programs may not cover 100% of all services required.  Shelter pets must have their vouchers presented at check-in.
